My focus is personalized service. I want my clients to know they can call me anytime, even years after they get a plan from me.
I specialize in helping people understand Medicare, their options, avoiding penalties and finding their best fit.
Throughout the year I have no charge Medicare Educational Seminars where Medicare is explained to achieve a good overview of how it works. Per Medicare rules, no 'selling" can occur at these meetings so they are low key and fun. People tell me they leave with their questions answered and more.
All year I visit people in their homes or elsewhere for one on one meetings to discus the wide variety of plans that may or may not be for them. Am not afraid to tell people that my plans may not be the best for them.
If people do sign up with me I am available to help them, answer questions or go to bat for them in case there are any problems. I help people get the most from their Medicare health insurance.
My goal is to leave people in a better place than when I first met them, without regard to purchasing anything.

Your commercial is rude and clowning. That tells me what you think of seniors. If your service was free I wouldn't be part of it.I will file a complaint.
