I started this business after being a social worker with hospice for several years. I truly loved working in the hospice field, however, in the last year, corporate America took over and started making changes that I felt were not in the patient or family's best interest. I resigned and started working in the Medicare field because it was an easy transition.
As a trained Social Worker, I take time to listen to my clients, ask pertinent questions and try to develop a relationship of trust, understanding, transparency and honesty. I would rather lose a client then be dishonest.
